1. Love Your New Home!

Did you just move in to a new home and need help putting all the pieces together? Don’t know where to begin?

This is the package for you. We start by identifying your personal style and needs, and from there we develop a design concept and palette perfect for your home. We then select furniture, lighting, finishes and accessories to bring your vision to life. We will use your furniture pieces or help you buy new pieces.

This packages includes 30 design hours broken down in to the following:

  • 1.5 hour design consultation
  • 1 site visit to your home
  • Comprehensive design guide including furniture and finish selections
  • Floor plan with furniture layouts detailing where items and finishes will go
  • Sourcing, shopping and ordering of select items.
  • Full day installation and styling of space

2. Fall In Love Again!

Have you fallen out of love with your current home? Does it need a refresh or sprucing up? We will work with you to figure what works and what doesn’t and what you would like to change in your home. Whether it is a full renovation or simply a decor project, we will create a gorgeous home that you will fall in love with again!

This packages includes up to 60 design hours broken down in to the following:

  • 2 hour design consultation
  • 3 site visits to your home
  • Comprehensive design guide including furniture and finish selections
  • Floor plan with furniture layouts detailing where items and finishes will go
  • Sourcing, shopping and ordering of select items
  • Full day installation and styling of spaces

3. Staging!

For client’s who wish to list their home for sale and to ensure the best possible price and quick sale, the staging option is for you. It can be customized to your specific needs. We can use your furnishings and supplement with a few items or use our furnishing. It is your choice.  You will be presented with the options, and you can decide, and it could be customized to your needs.

If your home has been on the market and hasn’t sold as yet, consider a Staging Consultation. You will be given a consultation, discuss options, and you can then determine if you wish to move forward. We can use your furnishings or ours, the decision is yours.

4. Your Own Custom Package!

For client’s who need another type of service or one that doesn’t quite fit those above, we can work with you on your level of needs.

This will be done with the following:

  • We schedule a 1-2 hour consultation, which is separate to the work done if awarded the work.
  • We review your needs, wants and requirements for the project
  • We will discuss your expectations on the expected outcome in the look and feel, the timelines and your budget
  • We will provide the costs for the design work, materials, furnishings, colour options, contractor costs-if required, timelines and contingencies.
  • You will decide if this works for you.
